    Sessions last about 50 minutes and are typically done virtually. Sessions can be scheduled weekly, biweekly, or monthly to best fit your needs and lifestyle.

  • In-person group sessions are designed for small groups of 4-6 girls, creating a safe and supportive space to learn and grow together. Throughout the course of 6 sessions, topics and activities are tailored to the specific needs of the group.

    Focus areas may include (but not limited to) building confidence, improving communication, developing healthier relationships, goal setting, and decision-making skills.

    By connecting with peers and exploring these topics together, girls gain valuable tools to thrive and support one another on their journey.

  • Spiritual growth sessions provides a guided approach to help deepen your relationship with God and align your life with His purpose. This is a dedicated time to focus on developing spiritual disciplines, discovering God’s plan for your life, and overcoming barriers that are currently stopping you from growing closer to God.

    Whether you are seeking clarity, purpose, or a renewed sense of faith, spiritual growth empowers you to live with greater peace, joy, and alignment with God’s will.
